You may receive marketing emails from us and can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.

Third-party providers may collect the following data in relation to payment processing:

- Credit card number, security code and expiration date.
For security purposes, La Ria Creations does not have access to or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data. Payments are processed through a third-party processor, therefore, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies related agreements of that third party.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Your personal information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

La Ria Creations will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.
In order to protect your personal information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) contains data protection requirements which impact how businesses process and handle data, effective from 25 May 2018.
The GDPR protects personal data and information for people throughout the European Union (EU) and businesses that export that data from the EU.

- Request the deletion/anonymisation of this data.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important to us that your personal information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
